Construction project
In the Lobeda district of Jena, we have been implementing our first smart project since the beginning of 2020. We are refurbishing around 270 existing apartments in Ziegesarstraße in three construction phases, probably until the end of 2023.
To enhance our tenants' quality of life and provide support in their daily routines, we are equipping all apartments with smart home features and digital solutions. These enable the convenient control and interconnection of various aspects of daily life. Through the use of smart technologies, innovative mobility options and resource-efficient, energy-saving neighborhood concepts, tenants can take advantage of these new opportunities and actively participate in the energy transition in their everyday lives.
Additionally, digital communication and networking tools foster interaction between tenants and the landlord - as well as within the neighborhood itself - thereby strengthening a sense of community. As Jena's largest district, Lobeda offers the best opportunities to develop applications for different requirements.
